Raccoon Skull Talking Stick

In times of council the Talking Stick was passed to those who wished to speak. The warrior holding the stick was the only one with authority to speak while others remained silent. This Talking Stick was created using Raccoon Skull, Coyote Fur, Assorted Trade Beads, Tin Cones, Turkey Feathers, Brass Tacks, Blue Trade Wool, Deerskin, Leather Display Loop and Hardwood Handle.
