If you are inspired by an item in the “SOLD” section, we can make a similar item for you. We also take special orders customized to your specifications.

Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Insurance is included. All orders are insured for their value.
Items usually ship within two business days. Some items require SPECIAL SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES due to the item’s size, shape and/or length. These Special Charges will be noted in the item description.
**FREE SHIPPING applies to the continental 48 states only. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Foreign Countries must call or e-mail for actual shipping charges.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments will be filed with the postal service. Please save any packaging if a claim is filed.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within ten (10) days of receipt for a refund, less a 15% RE-STOCKING CHARGE.
No refunds without a “Return Authorization”. Please call or e-mail for authorization number.
Return party must pay all shipping charges.
Returned items must be in original, new condition.
Pipes which have been smoked cannot be returned.
All sales final on commissioned works and special orders.
