Your satisfaction is important to us! Our policies regarding sales, shipping, and returns are as follows:

Lost River Trading Company accepts payments by credit card, bank check, money order or personal check (must clear prior to shipping). Credit card payments are processed through PayPal. Checks/money orders should be made payable to "Lost River Trading Company".

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. All orders are insured for their value. Items usually ship within two business days. Some items require special packing due to shape, size, or weight, and therefore may require an additional one or two days. Claims for lost or damaged shipments will be filed with the postal service. Please save any packaging if a claim is filed.

If you are not completely satisfied, return the item insured and freight prepaid in original condition within 3 days for an in-store credit. Special Orders excluded (All sales final on commissioned works).

Most artwork is created to be unique and one-of-a-kind. The item in the picture is the item you will receive. Stock is continually changing so please visit often.

Treat the earth well. It was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors, we borrow it from our Children.
